Product needs to be returned within 7 days from delivery, or should be intimated to the customer care. Upon receipt of your return, your products will be undergoing a quality check, if the product passes the quality check guidelines, a refund (after deducting the shipping amount) of the product amount will be issued in terms of a credit voucher redeemable for your future purchase on www.kybermoto.com.. Alternatively, you can also opt for a refund to the original mode of payment you used while ordering. Please note that payment gateway charges may he applicable if you opt for a refund to your original mode of payment. For all Cash on Delivery orders refunds will be issued as Credit Vouchers redeemable on www.kybermoto.com. Your refund will be initiated by us within 3 business days of receiving the return. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account used for order payment within 7 business days after initiating the refund.

Returns accepted within 7 days if the product is unused and in original condition.

• Used products may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 40% of the product value) depending on the condition.
